Wake and Bacon

Meet Bacon 24/7, a.k.a. the book that will kill you

Full_bacon247

You could argue that bacon's become a little overrated nowadays. And we would tell you that's a damn stupid argument.

But just in case you're feeling a little fatigued by your standard morning rasher, meet Theresa Gilliam's Bacon 24/7.

It's probably the last thing you'll read before you die.

That's because Gilliam packs in dozens and dozens of bacon recipes organized by meal, so you could be eating cured pork belly from dawn to dusk.

Bacon-stuffed French toast. BLT mac and cheese. Bacon baklava. Even a date-night-worthy bacon-wrapped beef tenderloin with a pomegranate glaze.

Oh, and E. Jane Armstrong's mouth-watering photos will probably make you want to eat the pages, so try not to do that.

Your new all-bacon diet will be hard enough to explain to the EMTs without a mouthful of cookbook.
