Looks like the Easter Bunny left us more than just Cadbury Eggs this year.
Yes, it's legal. And, yes, it's delicious, adding notes of earth and grass that help keep a classic scoop of vanilla from being too, err, vanilla.
An added bonus: The bunny doo purportedly contains high doses of lactase, the missing link that allows lactose-intolerant people to break down dairy products. (Which is kind of funny, considering what happens when a lactose-intolerant person eats normal ice cream.)
The goal is to eventually open a brick-and-mortar serving a full range dairy products using this naturally-derived (read: poological) source of lactase.
