Sausage Factory: Salumeria Opens in the Mission

Gorge on artisanal deli delicacies as Central Kitchen's fraternal twin opens in the adjoining space, a former sausage factory.
On the menu: Sandwiches piled high with house-made cheeses and cured meats (we're drooling over the duck confit with cherry mostarda and watercress on a sweet baguette), antipasti, and fresh sausage by the pound.
Opens today. 3000 20th St., The Mission (415-826-2998). Nearby: Flour + Water; Shotwell's; Asiento
