2. Kite Flying at Gas Works Park
Take advantage of those spring winds at Seattle's strangest park for a daytime date. Grill or enjoy a picnic by the converted boiler house, get lost in a maze by the former exhauster-compressor building, or fly a kite against the backdrop of Lake Union. It's all rugged since this used to be a coal plant.
