No-Return Policy

Like Santa, these pop-ups are here for Xmas and then they're gone

Have holiday shopping to do but sick of the same old stores?

Be thankful it's pop-up season. We've got the goods on all of Seattle's essential new temporary shops, open for this month only.

Studio Montagne
Madrona home decor spot Studio Montagne is closed to the public most of the year, but they open up at the holidays so owner (and Filson creative director) Anne Smith can provide you with truly swank up-cycled furniture and vintage items with a rugged Northwest vibe.
1130 34th Ave, Madrona (203-245-9501). Thu-Sun 10a-6p thru 12/23.

Nest Together
Michele Andrews and Sanam Miremadi are hosting a two-day pop-up at Cap Hill arts venue Land Management that promises a deftly-curated assortment of clothes and accessories, including underwear from Sloane & Tate if you and your girl are at that stage in your relationship.
755 Bellevue Ave E, Capitol Hill (no phone). Sat 12/14 11a-9p, Sun 12/15 11a-8p.

Shop Small
At the base of the Harbor Steps, this pop-up changes theme every week. Right now it's "Man Cave" featuring burly merch from E. Smith Mercantile and Teranishi. Coming the 18th is "The Perfect Gift," with ideal presents for just about everybody on your list.
55 University St, Downtown (206-681-9321). Sun-Thu 10a-7p, Fri-Sat 10a-8p thru Mon 12/23.

Holiday Hideout
Civilize your shopping at this hotel pop-up that lets you sip cocktails as you browse a selection of high-end goods from Blue Harlow, Stella & Dot, and Decleor Paris. Oh, and the on-site spa is offering free hand massages to ease your Amazon cramps.
1000 First Avenue, Downtown (206-957-1000). Tue 12/17 3-7p.
