Male bonding: it's a beautiful thing.

And while kicking back on the couch to watch football offers hours of entertainment, sometimes you actually want to get out and do something.

Here are Seattle's five best places for quality bro time.

5. Kayaking
Spotting your buddy while he bench presses is boring. Trade a morning at the gym for a day kayaking Lake Union where you can get a serious upper body and core workout. Moss Bay is the most convenient place to rent in the city, and their launch dock on the lake is ready and waiting.
Moss Bay,1001 Fairview Ave N Ste 1900, South Lake Union (206-682-2031). $13/hour.

4. Seattle Brewery Tour
Seattle is a glorious town for beer, so why not see how it's made with this all-inclusive tour that stops at some of the area's finest craft breweries. Not only do you get to sample a ton of craft brews, but you'll also go home with a commemorative pint glass to add to your collection.
Seattle Brewery Tour (206-249-9858). $79.

3. Straight Razor Shave at Valentine's
There are plenty of places in Seattle for ladies to relax and beautify, but there's only one Valentine's. This dedicated "men's grooming salon" gives the best straight razor shaves in the Pacific Northwest, making it the perfect place for some manly pampering.
Valentine's, 7912 Greenwood Ave N, Greenwood (206-706-6303). $65.

2. Seattle Pinball Museum
Sure, we like the high-tech here, but it's also awesome to go retro every once in a while. The Seattle Pinball Museum is an incredible collection of classic machines from the last half-century all set to free play, and they even sell beer — in case you need to get your flippers loose.
Seattle Pinball Museum, 508 Maynard St, International District (206-623-0759). $10.

1. Indoor Skydiving
Nothing brings out true friendship like a simulated free-fall in a gigantic vertical wind tunnel. iFly World, located outside of Southcenter, is the area's only indoor skydiving facility, and it provides an intense, adrenaline-fueled ride. They'll even teach you how to do daredevil mid-air tricks.
iFly, 349 Tukwila Pkwy, Tukwila. (206-244-4359). $60 and up.
