Boar'd to Death

Cochon 555 returns to ruin your resolutions

New year, new you.
That's what you promised yourself last week as you came down from all those sidecars and contemplated a productive, kale-and-sprout-filled life.
Sorry to spoil your resolve, but Cochon 555 is back to pack you full of pork.
You know the drill by now: five chefs, five wineries, and five heritage pigs who gave their lives so that you could feast upon them.

You also know that based on prior years, you ought to get your tix turbo-fast.
That's because Frank Langello of Babbo Ristorante e Enoteca, Michael Toscano of Perla, Seamus Mullen of Tertulia, Lauren Hirschberg of Craftbar, and David Standridge of Market Table will each be prepping six dishes from their very own hog, all for you.
And — in between taking a breather in the Goose Island beer lounge, where they'll swap out your pork for Hudson Valley foie gras — you get to decide whether the chefs have done their pigs justice.
It's a tough job, but somebody's gotta do it.
