You've got only three days to check out these spots before T-Day. Considering the shortage of gigantic turkeys this year, you may want to fill up at one of these first.

  • Tapas, Meet Ramen: Gotham West Market Open now
     
    We told you it was coming, and now it's finally here: a 10,000-square-foot food hall (pictured) with offerings from The Cannibal, Seamus Mullen's new tapas spot, and Ivan Ramen Slurp Shop.

    The menu at this massive chophouse near Grand Central combines homemade pasta, big beef steaks, and cauliflower risotto, making for a fine Italian mix to dig into between trains.

    Nearby Ippudo has some competition in Totto, which just moved uptown to what's quickly becoming the city's new ramen epicenter, still serving miso broths and ground pork in its noodle bowls.

  • Golden Girl: Bea Open now
     
    No more is it impossible to find a decent place to drink in this part of town, thanks to this spot from a Monkey Bar alum who slings Smoked Sidecars to sip with your pork dumplings and Thai chicken wings.

  • That's Rich: Butter Midtown Open now
     
    Alex Guarnaschelli's downtown spot has a new branch serving up her eclectic menu of veal bacon, Welsh rarebit, and a Tomahawk steak for two in addition to raw bar selections and house-made charcuterie to be snacked upon in the garden.
