If you want high-end stuffing without the stuffiness, Back Forty West's haute farm table vibe is your answer. Kick things off with highly nontraditional pao de queijo and some bay scallop crudo. Then it's time for the main event: traditional smoked Vermont turkey breast (with chestnut turkey sausage stuffing) flanked by fried Brussels sprouts and brown butter mashed potatoes.
