    Head to Louro tomorrow night for a guest appearance by acclaimed modernist pastry chef Will Goldfarb, who co-presents a seven-course menu celebrating all things fatty, sweet, and alcoholic, from foie gras pudding and uni tempura to roast fall fruits with pig’s blood sablée — all paired with cocktails crafted by Mayur Subbarao.
