Righteous Broth-ers

Ippudo brings its porky ramen to Hell's Kitchen

Noodle soup? In this heat wave? Eff outta here.

Unless you're talking about Ippudo's new midtown digs. In which case, you've got our full attention.

We know, the lines won't be any shorter than at the East Village original. But there will be a wraparound teak sake bar — and yet another bar just for ramen.

You know this ramen. It's the same porky tonkotsu broth they serve downtown, the same secret miso paste to top your noodles, the same crispy-fatty pork belly stuffed into chewy buns.

A few things are different, though — namely the vegan, gluten-free ramen option that was always curiously absent downtown. Which means you can stop having falafel dates with your animal-averse new squeeze.

And there's also a garlicky lamb chop, sea urchin on toast, and wonton shells stuffed with avocado, crab meat, and jalapeño. But let's face it: you're here for the noodles.

Heat index be damned.
