5. Eat a Whole Pig...for Freedom
Tom Collichio's East River-side spot is doing its first-annual blowout with a massive menu: smoked Wagyu brisket, whole roasted pigs, fried chicken, and house-made sausages, plus a shload of sides and desserts. For the patriots among us, the bar's serving red, white, and blue sangria, along with plenty of beer. Live bands and games round out the lineup.
