Club Quarters

The newest nightlife in NYC

You've spent enough time lounging around this winter. Time to bust out those old dance moves and break a sweat at these new clubs.

Marquee Open now
After shuttering last year for renovations, this historically bridge-and-tunnel space (pictured) reopened last week with more dance floor and more emphasis on big-name DJs (think David Guetta). Should you need private time with your dance partner, the upstairs bathrooms are decorated with banana-scented scratch-&-sniff wallpaper, and Beastie Boy Mike D designed the downstairs ones. Shell out for bottle service or enjoy craft cocktails at the bar.

Output Opening soon
This soon-to-open Williamsburg spot for house and EDM is situated right near the Wythe Hotel, and thus perfect for hitting up after drinks at Reynards. It's not exactly a mega-club — it's got a reported capacity of 452 — but it's still the biggest thing in the 'hood. No opening date is set, but it's hosting a Bunker event (with Speedy J, Peter Van Hoesen, and Mike Servito) on February 22.

Bossa Nova Civic Club Open now
Opened last month, Bushwick's Bossa Nova is a tropical cocktail bar-meets-nightclub, with the expected amount of asymmetrical haircuts. It hosts some pretty sweet acts, though, including Justin Miller, Steve Summers, and Light Asylum's Shannon Funchess.
1271 Myrtle Ave. (Hart St.), Bushwick

Space New York Opening soon
Ibiza's Space is legendary, and its New York iteration will surely be just as badass. The details are slim on this forthcoming space, but reports claim that it'll have a capacity of 13,000. So, bring your friends — all of them.
