Fright Nights

Our Halloween party guide to the best of two boroughs

The fight's the same every Halloween: half your crew wants to book it to Brooklyn, the other wants to chill in Manhattan. Here's the rundown on the best parties in each borough.

Hit up the special Sleep No More afterparties for an open bar freakshow at the McKittrick Hotel, and be sure to come in the specified costume.
Fri Oct 26-Wed Oct 31. $75-100 here.

Dog & Pony Show Halloween
Head to Cocktail Bodega Underground (the club space below the bar), where Dog & Pony's insane dance party'll have you doing a striptease from the subway poles.
Wed Oct 31. Cocktail Bodega Underground, 205 Chrystie St. (enter on Stanton), Lower East Side. No cover, RSVP here.

Nero's Halloween Meltdown
For the mega-EDM bash, ditch Webster Hall for Hammerstein's nuclear-themed night, where Nero headlines with Alana, Adventure Club, and more.

Mister Halloween Night: Apocalypto
DJs Justin Carter and Eamon Harkin's weekly party gets an apocalyptic spin (ha-HA), and end-times outfits are rewarded with a free drink.

Club Hell
Genre-bending beats from Fatima Al Qadiri and NGUZU in a glass factory just over the Queens-Bushwick border = your loft party dreams answered.
