The genius behind Michael's Genuine gets some high-powered kitchen help

The South Beach Food and Wine Festival blows into town on Thursday, and it's fair to say we all probably need a warmup.

Luckily, Chef Michael Schwartz has the perfect way to stretch your stomach. Tonight starts a series of three kitchen takeovers where Schwartz is turning over his kitchens to some incredible cooks.
