Beer, pool and a laid-back vibe arrive South of Fifth

Sometimes, a dude just needs to chill.

In comes Public House
, where the bar is simple, the music is low, there’s no cover, and you can wear whatever the hell you want.

Plus, as the first non-smoking bar in Miami Beach, you won’t be coughing up a lung all night.

The owners of this tight
South of Fifth spot turned what used to be Love Hate into an intimate hole-in-the-wall without the mold and broken bathroom doors. With lowered ceilings and decor filled with wood and exposed brick, it’s reminiscent of a cozy bar from up north.

Instead of yelling over way-too-loud music, chat with your posse over a game of darts or pool. When you find a cutie, talk at the couch by the bar and order some craft beers or a mixed drink there’s no cocktail menu, so it’s really whatever she wants.

Finally, a place with real bottle service.
