Brooklyn Brewery rolls to town for a week's worth of suds

Here's a title you wish you had: world's foremost scholar on beer.

Sorry, but that one belongs to brewmaster Garrett Oliver, widely acknowledged as the industry's best, and the man behind the supreme suds at
Brooklyn Brewery.

His crew's coming to town for a week’s worth of events to keep the buzz from Basel going, though in slightly foamier context.

Tonight: Brooklyn Brewery Mash

Brooklyn Brewery Mash hosts a four-course meal. Experts will talk about how beer and burgers go well together (yeah, we knew that), and it ends with ice cream floating in chocolate stout.
