Three-Piece Heat

A trio of ways to begin basketball season right on time

The NBA Threepeat season starts Tuesday.

All eyes are on LeBron as he drives the Lane of GreatnessTM (we just came up with that). Here's how to get in game shape over the next week.

SCREENING: Together We Rise
Relive the glorious 2013 season with this HEATV original documentary chronicling the team’s historic 25thseason culminating in a championship repeat (and did you already forget about the 27-game winning streak along the way?). Burnie, the Xtreme Team, and the hot Heat Dancers will be there so pack a cooler and head to SoBe for the open-air showing, before hitting up Haven for a proper nightcap of Ravage or Devour.
Sat Oct 26 8-10p. Wallcast at Soundscape Park, 500 17 St., Miami Beach. Free.

VIEWING PARTY: Rebroadcast of Heat-Spurs
Rally the troops for your own pep rally, as you retrace the Heat’s triumphant road to the 2013 Championship with a re-broadcast of Games 2, 4, 6, and 7 on SunSports. Feel like a real champ by calling the new Box of Chacos Gourmet Chinese food truck to come over and serve their shortrib and sweet chili tacos.
Airing Mon Oct 28 at 6:30 and 8:30p.; Tue Oct 29 3 and 5p. Call (954-648-6535) for catering.

GAME ON: Opening Night vs. Chicago Bulls
It’s finally here. After three long months (yeah, that's all), the Heat are back on the court in their home opener against a surgically repaired (and some say faster) Derrick Rose. Elevate your status with a season ticket holder so you can feast on lobster paella and ribeyes inside one of the revamped Flagship Lounges before watching the team get their championship rings.
Tue Oct 29 7:15p. American Airlines Arena, 601 Biscayne Blvd., Downtown. $38.40 and up here.
