John Wayne would drink anything.
Even, presumably, nitrogren beer.
And the modern gunslingers from Soi Kitchen have found a way to combine them both with their new project Swank Southern Kitchen.
Unlike their Rundown rice bowl-equipped Chinese takeout helm over in Overtown, this Southern-inspired space rounds up crafty wood framed walls and painted cowboy murals to make this slice of South Florida vibe like northern Wyoming.
Stride over to the wooden bar and ask the barkeep to uncork a Left Hand Milk Stout, enhanced with nitrogen and served as cool as Johnny Cash (between 36-39 degrees).
For grub, they're serving up Florida-fied home-cooked Southern comfort food, from gator ribs to the must-try chicken with waffles doused in marshmallow sauce.
And we think The Duke himself is still dreaming of the Snickers pudding cup.
