Say you're an NBA player. A Miami Heat player. You know, a champion twice over.
You've satisfied your Denny's craving. You've enjoyed an epic Story.
But now, your summer has started, and you're in need of the perfect off-court meal. Something carby, delicious, and not served at 4a with your bubbly.
Time to turn to summertime's other back-to-back champs, those Pubbelly guys.
First there was Pirolo’s Panino showing us what a true sandwich is, and now Taco Belly inside PB Steak gives locals another lunch pop-up, witnessing truth in housemade salsas, made-to-order guac, and mighty margaritas.
Starting July 3, this small rustic wood-accented space will be transformed at lunchtime into a taqueria serving queso fundido (melted cheese) with braised short rib and poblano pepper strips, tostada de bacon with house-made crispy bacon on a flat crunchy tortilla, and tacos.
About those tacos: With fresh, house-made corn tortillas and an overabundance of meat fillers, anything goes from roasted laughing bird shrimp and avocado to Korean marinated steak with house kimchee.
After lunch, no one's stopping you from cruising South Beach for a couple hours before heading back here for Happy Hour for PB's pork belly and pin-up model bartender.
