Dance Trance

Top three club acts to see this weekend

Just because Winter Music Fest is over doesn't mean it's time to stop clubbing. This is, after all, still Miami.

Bust out the glowsticks this weekend and keep the party raging as high as the Heat's winning percentage.

Ariel Assault & Reflex at Cameo Nightclub
No doubt all eyes will be fixed on models cascading down a makeshift runway and the barely dressed dancers as they pop, lock, and drop it on the speakers. However, the music won't be bad either, with Miami’s own house master shelling out hypnotic beats along with LA-based celebrity DJ Reflex, who’s been known to blast remixes from Foster The People to J.Cole.
Fri Apr 19 11p. 1445 Washington Ave., Miami Beach (786-235-5800). $30 here

DJ Sliink at LIV
Set up shop in one of the fancy VIP tables inside this lavish technicolor dance space to hear the signature mix of Jersey trap and Philly hip-hop, combined with a bit of reggae and dubstep when this 22-year-old Jersey wunderkind scratches. Don’t be surprised if he busts out some wild combos of Missy Elliott’s "Stop Me Now" or Rihanna’s "Love Song," either of which morph into instant club classics.
Fri Apr 19 11p. 4441 Collins Ave., Miami Beach (305-674-4680). $60 here.

Funkagenda at Mansion
Take part in this South Beach standby's new "Others Play House We Play" party at Mansion, with a wild spectacle of flashing lights and pricey drinks. But the crazy techno remixes of Dirty Vegas and Moby from this one-man electronic talent show will have your inner beat head bobbing with joy.
Sat Apr 20 11p. 1235 Washington Ave., Miami Beach (305-531-5535). $30 here.
