In Vegas, brunch means more than eggs benedict and mimosas.
It means go-go dancers, European house music, and people in animal costumes armed with champagne and confetti canons.
At least, this is what brunch means at LAVO Party Brunch, the legendary Saturday rager which has just launched its new season inside The Palazzo.
Expect hot girls in neon shades and high heels dancing on tables. Expect 15 different types of ridiculously large champagne bottles from Magnums to Midas. Expect general pandemonium.
But also expect an expertly curated menu including scrambled eggs and smoked salmon flatbread pizza, fried egg and smoked bacon breakfast sandwiches, and lemon ricotta waffles with whipped yogurt.
But if you want to eat, get there early. Because before long, tables of food transform into tables of sweaty partiers as the venue seamlessly transitions from dining room to raucous club.
If that’s too crazy, you can also stop by on Sundays from 10a-4p for their new “Proper Brunch” with a new menu including lobster benedict and PB&J pancakes served without the side of mayhem.
Or do both. Too much brunch never hurt anyone. We're pretty sure...
