Zipping Out

A hotel rooftop bar, now with its very own zipline

Vegas can cause a man to do crazy things.

Like, say, marry a total stranger after a few sweaty hours on the dance floor.

Or zipline 400 feet above the Strip on a 70-second thrill ride.

While the former is (hopefully) merely theoretical, the latter is now reality, thanks to VooDoo ZipLine, opening next week atop the Rio.

Allow us to plan your evening for you.

First, head up 50 floors to the top of the Rio’s Masquerade Tower, where you’ll indulge in a dinner of Australian Wagyu ribeye and 32-ounce lobster tails at VooDoo Lounge.

Then head further upstairs to their rooftop nightclub, where you’ll find DJs, go-go dancers, and sick skyline views.

Whereas up to this point, you've partied like Bruce Wayne, now you're gonna go Batman, sliding down to Rio’s Ipanema Tower 800 feet away at 33 mph, at which point a motorized pulley carries you back to VooDoo for more drinks.

The best part? This zipline seats two, so you can take along that girl you’ve been grinding with.

Do we hear wedding bells?
