Ramsay Hour

Gordon Ramsay opens two new restaurants on The Strip

This winter, Hell’s Kitchen is setting Vegas ablaze as celebrity Michelin-starred chef Gordon Ramsay has just opened two new restaurants on the Strip.
With wood paneling and a wall made of beer kegs, visit the sleek "grill" section of this 290-seat contemporary English pub for New Zealand red snapper, dry-aged 30-oz. bone-in ribeye, and whole brick pressed Cornish chicken.
Or opt for more laid-back pub fare: shepherd’s pie, fried egg sandwiches, and sausages, plus English ale onion soup in the TV-lined "pub" section featuring both the American and British versions of football.
With server uniforms inspired by the English punk scene and a patio area extending towards the raucous casino floor, expect a taste of Ramsay’s pugnacious image as well as his dishes no matter where you sit.

Beef patties cooked on an open flame fueled by hard woods pack powerful flavors into the fontina, raclette, and goat cheese-topped Uber Cheese Burger and the Spicy Devil Dog simmered in hot sauce.
Crispy Kennebec fries dipped in housemade curry and chipotle ketchup raise your tongue’s temperature before pudding milkshakes and toffee pudding push-pops bring them back down.
Beers served from a frozen tap wall include an exclusive brew tailored to Ramsay’s tastes from Stone Brewing Co., perfect for sipping in the brightly colored, futuristic space with steel paneling and HDTVs built into walls.
At Planet Hollywood, 3667 Las Vegas Blvd. S., The Strip. (702-785-5555)
