Here's the Beef

Bourbon Steak brings all of your favorite things to the Americana at Brand

Quick, what are two greatest words in the English language?
If you said “Kate Upton,” you’re close.
If you said “bourbon” and “steak,” you’re right.
Giving you respite from Americana at Brand’s food court is Bourbon Steak, the LA outpost of Michael Mina’s award-winning steakhouse that’s combining your two favorite words into one masterful restaurant.
Of course there are plenty more than that dynamic duo, including lobster corn dogs, truffle donuts, and duck spring rolls.
That’s in addition a mouth-watering burger menu that reads like an erotic novel (#foodporn), of which your most visited chapter will probably be the korean barbecue salmon burger with kim chi and gochujang sauce. Or the falafel burger, depending on your taste in exotic beauties.
If you’re looking for a more sophisticated turn of phrase, consider the lobster. Specifically the lobster pot pie, made tableside while you sip Japanese whiskies.
Did we not mention the bourbon flights are smoked tableside, too?
Your new favorite word: “More.”
