Lunch Meating

Trade in your PB&J for gourmet paninis at CiBOTECA's Italian marketplace

Full_ciboteca

Call your assistant. You have a very important lunch meeting coming up.

Time: 1p

Location: CiBOTECA, a new Italian restaurant and marketplace from the guys behind Hostaria del Piccolo.

Agenda: Diversifying your sandwich portfolio with as many Italian-imported paninis as possible. Like the duck fat-baked pork belly Hostaria or the speck sandwich with porcini-truffle cream.

Then, the number crunching. Luckily, calculating ROI is infinitely easier when the only numbers you’re working with are the six different types of mousse offered for dessert.

After a hard day at your new second office, you’ll probably want to delegate dinner prep to someone else. Thankfully your new business partners have that covered too. They’ll send you off with make-at-home options like braised octopus in tomato sauce with polenta guaranteed to impress any clients you might be entertaining.

When your associates applaud your presentation, feel free to take the credit. After all, good business is all about asset management. Especially when those assets include prosciutto crostinis and green tea tiramisu.

Meeting adjourned.
