On a scale of Ned Flanders to Ned Stark, how does your man-scream rank?
Before you hit up LA’s most terrifying interactive haunted play, you’ll want to figure that out. Or at least get really, really good at blaming those shrieking sounds on that girl next to you.
Delusion: Masque of Mortality is a deadly hybrid of interactive play and haunted maze produced by Neil Patrick Harris, so you know it's gonna be good. But there are no musical numbers to lighten up this creepy Silverlake show, just disease, disappearance, and death.
The best part is the story is different for everyone who enters. Each audience member becomes a part of the chilling performance. Whether you play a victim or a hero, you'll be crawling, hiding, and running for your life.
Before the action starts, warm up your vocal chords with a coffee in the lounge (they don’t serve alcohol, presumably to keep you from wetting yourself). When your number’s called, the play’s actors guide you and your small group through the maze.
Screaming is expected. Just try to do it like a man.
