True ‘Bu

Nikita is the PCH’s new gem

You're gonna want to use Uber X for this one, given the checkpoints.

That way, you can cruise past the police cruisers thinking of nothing else but Nikita, the hot next-door neighbor of Nobu in Malibu. Because, yes, she is very worth the trip.

Call it a Malibu trifecta: spectacular views of the beachfront, spectacular views of the clientele, and spectacular creations by a chef from Michelin-starred restaurant Castello Banfi.
In this posh, two-story restaurant on the ocean, everything looks better from the expansive outdoor terrace where shades of blonde wood frame floor-to-ceiling windows.
The ocean view and salt air pair nicely with cocktails by Greg Seider, a famed New York mixologist. One shining example? The Colony: simply Krug champagne poured over a market strawberry chamomile-infused ice cube.

And that’s no Celestial Seasonings in your ice cube — Nikita has the world’s first tea sommelier on staff, too.
Executive Chef Massimiliano Blasone (recognized by a certain restaurant rating bible with the marshmallow-y mascot) puts forth a menu of Mediterranean fare with hints of Italian. Some signatures? Wagyu beef filet with crunchy cauliflower and the Nikita cannolo, a crispy sea bass with celery, cantaloupe and Amalfi coast lemon.
No one'll blame you for grabbing some of those ice cubes for a roadie.
