Naan Entity

Bollywood hits Westwood

For his resident chef, the King of Pop had the King of Pav.
Kheema Pav, to be exact, is your soon-to-be favorite dish. And it’s on the menu at Bollywood Bites, a new Indian restaurant and the brainchild of Jackson's former personal chef, Sanjay Patel.
A popular New Delhi street food, Pav is served with two slices of airy Indian bread and a bowl of spicy minced meat (beef, chicken or lamb). It’s basically an Indian sloppy joe, and it’s Delhi-cious, especially with a Limca (India’s answer to Sprite).
Eat your Pav alongside an appetizer of Pani Puri --  crisp pastry shells filled with chickpeas that you fill with tamarind water and are kind of like mini-hand grenades deployed to your mouth.
Another popular item is the Kathi Roll (kind of like a burrito) where the naan wrap can be made with paneer or tofu to accommodate vegetarians.
In fact, any dish here can be made vegetarian – just ask. MJ wasn’t a meat-eater, and this chef knew how to make him feel at home, well, at home.
Moonwalking on your way out optional.
