Nue Do

Miami-imported haircuts and meatballs in Hollywood

Sure, it has its charms, but you've outgrown Floyd's.

Meet Nue Studio – the Los Angeles version.

Owner and stylist Todd Jameson’s wildly successful Miami salon has a new spin-off at the Hollywood Historic Hotel.

While some features carry over from the original Miami institution – CDs and album covers used as flooring, pop culture art spanning the walls, a DJ booth – this hipsterized edition, full of vintage furniture also comes with a cafe, so you can sip while you get snipped.

Getting a buzz before work? Breakfast includes an almond butter Nutella sandwich. Quinoa salad, a turkey avocado sprout sandwich and hot subs (Momma’s meatballs) make up lunch.

Yeah, we don't know they ate meatballs in Miami, either.
