All Green. No Envy.

Where to celebrate St. Patrick's Day this Saturday

Full_stpatricksparadedallas

Purple diamonds. Yellow moons. Green clovers.

The only thing missing from that cheery leprechaun's cereal is orange Advil.

Because it takes more than luck to tackle a post-St. Patrick's Parade hangover.

Until then, your charmed life only gets better with the best places to celebrate in green this Saturday. From insane rooftops to decked-out parking lots, here's your lucky three-bar clover:

Float On: Dallas St. Patrick's Parade & Festival
Join more than 125,000 new friends at the largest St. Paddy's parade in the southwest. Now in its 35th year, this is the centerpiece of all celebrations in the city and the only place to start the day on a high note.
11a. Parade starts at Greenville Ave. @ Blackwell St.; Ends at Yale Blvd/SMU Blvd @ 75 Central Expwy.

Saturday (Oooh! Ooooh!): Ludacris
In true Irish tradition, Dallas Observer and House of Blues Entertainment present a post-parade rap concert in the Energy Square parking lot. Experience Ludacris' "Southern Hospitality" and, quite possibly, a little jig.
Noon. 4849 Greenville Ave. @ University Dr. $15
here.

Tacos & Tambourines:
Sundown at Granada After Party
Chill the rest of the day with one of Sundown's famous live music afterparties. There will be four bands on the rooftop and six inside, plus street tacos, a huge selection of beer, and the entire parking lot decked out with lounge chairs and sofas for resting your weary butt.
2p-2a. 3520 Greenville Ave. No cover.
