Beer IS the Goal

Rabbit Hole Brewing opens with Mike Modano’s 561

Never underestimate the power of birthday candles.

Because thanks to some highly targeted wishing, the power in the universe is shifting. Cutesy cupcake shops are finally about to be outnumbered by craft breweries.

Operating out of Justin, TX (southwest of Denton), Rabbit Hole Brewing is not just the latest, but also a Kickstarter success story. (Beer is a powerful motivator.)

Their commitment to produce underrepresented beer styles is resulting in a trio of excellent debut
brews.

Crafted to commemorate his record-breaking career goals, hockey legend Mike Modano's 561 Kolsch-style beer is the one that's going to put Rabbit Hole on the map. Thanks to its universal appeal, it's a major score for the brewery as lighter beers that don't back down on malt and noble hop flavors are a rarity.

Along with their Rapture Fusion Brown Ale, 561 is popping up in bars across the Metroplex.

Or hit their newly opened tap room and beer garden where one sip will leave you smiling like the Cheshire Cat.

What, did you think we could go a full story without a Wonderland reference?
