Too much of a good thing: not setting the bar high enough.
Too much of three good things: your goal for this Saturday night.
Get ready for an epic gathering of the nirvanic trio that makes your world go 'round when Beer, Bourbon & Brisket Festival takes over the Panther Island Pavilion along the Trinity River in Fort Worth.
There will be BBQ galore (dry-rubbed, wet-rubbed, wood-fired, hickory-smoked) for purchase.
But also a magical tent where tasting tickets transport you to a world of flavors in the form of craft beers (Peticolas Brewing Company, Deep Ellum Brewing Company) and bourbons (Texas Silver Star, Forty Creek Whisky) from local and regional breweries and distilleries.
Throughout the evening Somebody's Darling, The Whiskey Folk and Jace Everett will perform on the waterfront stage.
Guess Beer, Bourbon, Bands & Brisket Festival took up too much space on the signs.
