And in the near future they plan to offer take-home trays of heat-and-eat greatness, including their brisket, carnitas, chicken or cheese enchiladas, which like every taco, quesadilla, and salad on the menu is made to order with ingredients traceable right back to the farm.
That means they know the birth place of every cow, pig, and chicken, along with the sprouting point of each tomato, onion, and avocado.
No freezers. No microwaves.
Though what you do with your leftovers is totally up to you.
