With a beer can.
Carefully crafted in Fort Worth at Martin House Brewery, the aptly name Day Break 4-grain breakfast beer may soon become a bigger wake-up motivator than an obnoxiously loud alarm clock or 8a meeting.
Day Break is available this week at The Craft and Growler before a mid-May launch at additional bars and Central Market.
Inspired by a bowl of cereal, it's made from oats, barley, wheat, and rye, then finished with honey. Milk sugar is added during dry fermentation to create a subtle sweetness.
Besides, the lower alcohol content (just 5% by volume) makes it nearly as innocent as a cup of coffee.
