3. Takashi Yagihashi: Pork Belly at Takashi
At this intimate Bucktown restaurant, you can have a dish originally prepared during an elimination challenge on Top Chef Masters, but without all the made-for-television drama. One of the more approachable dishes in this French/Japanese fusion restaurant, the soy-ginger caramel pork belly is served with steamed buns and a side of pickled daikon salad.
