Flipping Out

Flapjacks aren't the only things flipping at Chicago's Pancakes & Booze Art Show

Art galleries are fun and all, but they seem to be missing a few key ingredients.
Like booze. And pancakes. Not to mention body paint.
Get your fill of all three at tomorrow’s Pancakes & Booze Art Show by following this simple recipe:
To start: Gather up 75 emerging local visual artists and place their canvases into a warehouse-type party room at Reggie’s. OK, stage is set.
Now let's add some live body painting on female models. Drop a dash of live art battles and sprinkle in a pinch of expansive audio/visual DJing.

Season with a full all-you-can-eat pancake bar stacked high and made to your liking. Add PBR tall boys and strawberries for extra kick.
Serve hot as the first show of 2014 and repeat, with additional Pancakes & Booze events being served up from New York City to Oklahoma City through October.

We'll call this one a taste test.
