Surreal Meal

Trip out while eating out with iNG's Salvador Dali menu

“I do not understand why, when I ask for grilled lobster in a restaurant, I’m never served a cooked telephone.”
—Salvador Dali
Have no fear, Salvador. iNG is here.

— serving Dali on a plate for another month.
Thankfully expanding their Salvador Dali menu for another month, Dali’s famous melting clocks will now continue taking edible form as goat milk flan with purple potato ink until March 1st.
Various Dali works are interpreted as contemporary Spanish dishes, with pine nut puree and roasted beets telling the story of Dali’s “Honey Is Sweeter Than Blood” and “Soft Construction With Boiled Beans” taking the form of cassoulet with garbanzo beans and ham hocks.
If that’s not enough, the restaurant has also recently added live artists who will create tableside visual art on select dates (such as Jan 28 featuring Scott Frigo) as you dine.
And instead of psychedelics, all you need to do is pop a Miracle Berry; fruit in a pill form that manipulates flavors so you can fully enjoy this state of alternate reality.
Hold the cooked telephone.
