Urban Sleigh

Tour the holiday sights by BYOB trolley

You’d love to get to Michigan Avenue to check out the holiday lights. You’d hate to get stuck in endless traffic trying to do so.
Luckily, we’re all about solutions this holiday season.
Knock out all the Christmas sights in one boozy night during CitySwarm’s Holiday Trolley Tour, taking the hassle out of your holidays.
The event begins at Lincoln Park’s fireplace-equipped Irish bar Galway Arms, where cocktails and an appetizer buffet (quesadillas, chicken tenders, hummus) await.

Pack a flask to stay warm before boarding the private, heated BYOB trolley. It’s decked out in red and green. It’s soundtracked by holiday jams. It's way better than driving.
First stop is Lincoln Park Zoo for their epic Zoo Lights display, where you’ll gawk at ice carving demos and musical light shows that combine A Christmas Story with a Pink Floyd acid flashback.
Then you’ll head to Daley Plaza’s Christkindl German-style outdoor market to peep the city’s tallest tree (more than 50 feet) over a bratwurst. Or three.

After a quick stop in front of the Macy’s window display, it’s time to sit back and cruise the Mag Mile before a final stop at River Shannon for more drinks, Jenga, and free popcorn.
Let's just call it a Christmas miracle.
