Opening Friday, this two-story behemoth comes from the guys behind The Gage and Henri, taking up most of the corner commonly known as the Grand Blue Line stop. High wood fences protect the restaurant’s 150-square-foot patio that will be popping with an outdoor bar come spring.
But that's for when you're single again. For now, you're walking your right-swipe right through the glass-encased entryway for chicken-fried steak, pozole, and Bananas Foster. Or perhaps a Lobster Thermidor-shaped apology, since you stuttered on that Tinder activity question.
Get things rolling again with nostalgic cherry phosphates and housemade root beer. Pro tip: order one of each, then mix them like in a fountain machine.
Take your sugar high to go, climbing the stairway to heaven (a.k.a. the sexy grey upstairs complete with a denim-covered lounge), a land of craft cocktails, draft beers, and select wines where large-format canteen cocktails are mixed tableside while you and a few friends get comfortable on distressed leather couches.
No indecision on that one.
