You enter a tiny room. It smells like bacon. You decide this is a good place.
You look at the menu. You discover everything is made with bacon. Definitely a good place.
You're at the new Burke’s Bacon Bar in the James Hotel.
But this bar also has a secret. Keep walking towards the unmarked door in the back guarded by the suit. Whisper the secret password, which is also the name of the bar, and welcome to Jimmy.
Make your way though the beaded metal curtains at this closet of a cocktail bar, get comfortable in one of the '70s-style suede chairs and let one of the cocktail slingers make her way towards you from the wood-paneled bar.
After entering this illicit chamber, you've gotta be thirsty. You deserve a Dirty Little Secret (vodka, lemon, dry vermouth, olive brine, celery bitters, and steak sauce) or the Trophy Wife of Mae de Ouro Cachaca (passion fruit, Prosecco, and Peychaud’s bitters).
Don't forget to tip the fedora-wearing barkeep and snag some bacon soft-serve for the road.
Don't worry, your secret is safe with Jimmy.
