Electric Daisy Carnival dances into town for the first time

Chicks in neon bikinis, psychedelic robots, and carnival rides.
This could only mean one of two things: 1) Burning Man on Mars in the year 3000 or 2) Electric Daisy Carnival in Chicago in the year 2013.
The infamous six-city dance music extravaganza explodes in an orgy of glitter-covered insanity this Memorial Day weekend at Chicagoland Speedway.
A feast for the eyes, ears, and senses, it's an otherwordly realm where bright colors and body paint serve as the background for an acid-fueled fantasy updated for the modern age of EDM supremacy.
On stage are dozens of DJs from world-class superstars Tiësto and David Guetta to sexy up-and-comers Blond:Ish and local dance maniacs Midnight Conspiracy.
More than 500 theatre troupes roam the grounds in an all-encompassing adult playground complete with a Ferris wheel and fireworks.
Who the hell would ever want to leave this place, since Chicago is the first and only EDC to offer on-site camping at the event once the beats die down at 4a each night?
‘Cause sweaty beatheads covered in glowsticks probably get pulled over more often than not.
