Detroit Dining

This auto repair shop manufactures burgers and brats

Vodka drinking doesn't have to mean blackouts and bottle service.
At Chuck’s Manufacturing, the Hard Rock Hotel's new lofty playpen of neon gear shifts and PVC piping, they've engineered another way.

Stocked with a wall of retro TVs, 60s chic furniture and 120 kinds of vodka, Chuck's offers a working man's take on vodka thanks to Chuck's Cherry Coke (Grey Goose cherry noir vodka, Coke, and cherry vanilla bitters) plus a rum & tequila-based Grease Monkey.

The industrial makeover extends to Great Lakes whitefish and flat iron steak, just a few of the items spicing up the blue collar menu dominated by seven types of burgers.

Dishes can be combined in sets of three for a manufactured meal at a fixed price of $35, and the Loop now offers a place for you to party in your Carhartts with live VJs until 1a on weekends.
Who says American manufacturing is dead?
