We should be up front about this: this Beacon Hill restaurant and lounge is named after a hatchet-wielding woman from the 1920s who believed alcohol was a moral stain on society. Thankfully, she didn't have any input on the place itself, which offers an attractive scene of considerably less fanatical, more beautiful women who (we assume) aren't carrying hatchets in their purses. And also, booze.
