Stepping on the field at Fenway is a dream for every Sox fan.
And since we're dreaming anyway, why not throw in a 20-foot sled ramp out in left field?
It may seem implausible, but so did a World Series title around this time last year. You kept the faith, and now here's your reward, served over ice — Frozen Fenway is back.
And since the beloved ball park is home to the current MLB champs, it's only right that to the victors go the spoils — in the form of a 20-foot high, 75-foot long sledding ramp standing in the shadow of the Green Monster.
It's just like your childhood, only instead of rounding up the neighborhood kids to sled down your neighbor's hill, you'll book an hourly rental for up to 100 friends to go tubing in the Fenway outfield.
Bonus points for anyone who stands at the base of the hill to direct their buddies' paths by waving them "fair," Fisk-style.
After you've crossed that one off your bucket list, you'll have plenty of time over the course of the three-week event to take in an outdoor college hockey game, do a little ice skating, and take a ton of selfies on the infield to remind your out-of-town buddies that dreams sometimes do come true.
Speaking of which, who's up for a snowball fight at Gillette?
