Living in colonial times must have been tough (see: no central heat), but at least the food was fresh. Frank McClelland's acclaimed Back Bay restaurant recreates the original Thanksgiving farm-to-table experience with a six-course degustation menu featuring roasted organic turkey from his own Apple Street Farm in Essex, plus beef rib eye, poached halibut, and Casco Bay lobster. OK, so maybe they didn't have all that in Plymouth, but you get the idea.
