"You don't need to be a brewer to enjoy a good beer."
Sounds like something people who wish they were brewers would say.
Well, you can stop wishing now: introducing Hopsters Brews & Boards, the personal brewery that you always wanted, now open in Newton.
You've heard the one about the kid in the candy store? Try the man in the beer factory. Once inside at your reserved time, you'll meet your newest role model: a brewer who will break down the science behind crafting your own homebrew (and make sure you don't mess that up).
Armed with a little knowledge and a whole lot of hops, you'll prepare a batch (or more than one, up to 10) and watch as it goes off into the kettle to brew for three weeks.
Kill that time with repeated stays on red leather couches, where charcuterie boards with German brats, local artisanal cheeses, and beer-and-bacon cupcakes will distract you while the beer does its thing.
Next thing you know, you'll be back to pick up your beloved new beer (delivery also available) and show it its new home: the bottom of your frosted mug.
Sorry, there are no glassblowers here. You'll have to buy your mug, not make it.
