Breaking Development

Bob Odenkirk and David Cross reunite on stage

What happens when you pair a shady mob lawyer with a self-diagnosed "nevernude"?
You get Bob Odenkirk and David Cross, reuniting on stage next Friday at Citi Performing Arts Center.

But maybe we should explain first — before things get too weird.
While Odenkirk's been busy conspiring alongside Walter White as fly-by-night lawyer Saul Goodman on the final season of Breaking Bad, Cross repeatedly "blue" himself to fame as the world's first analrapist Tobias Funke on Arrested Development.
But longtime fans will remember when they combined Voltron-style to form the delightfully offbeat Mr. Show, the groundbreaking mid-'90s HBO comedy that launched their careers.
Think of Friday's show as a reunion of sorts. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll get to see guest Brian Posehn make weird faces and you will definitely learn how to survive when stranded on a life raft with feuding rednecks.
Who knows, maybe even Carl Weathers will be handing out acting lessons.
