Run for Color

Color Mob 5K is the freakiest foot race in town

The last time you ran a 5K, you got a free Gatorade and a hug from your mom.

This time, things are going to be different, including a beer garden at the finish.

Leave Mom behind and head toward the Color Mob 5K.
What sounds at first like a Sopranos-led Pride Parade (this, regrettably, does not yet exist) is actually an infusion of paint that's been glaringly absent from your average 5K. Lots and lots of paint.

This course turns you and your fellow runners into a living, breathing, running canvas as colors are thrown at you along the way.
In other words, when you see a neon green powder cloud up ahead, keep calm and carry on.
And what do artsy types and hardcore runners have in common? Both like to party, and the finish line beer garden (with live bands performing) should provide that extra motivation to finish strong.
Just leave those new running shoes at home.
