Sometimes you don't really need more than one talent. Just ask Wow Barbecue in Chinatown. They just do meat on-a-stick, and they do it professionally.
From inside a truck, these guys serve quite possibly the only authentic BBQ lamb in Boston. And it's amazing. Pay with one hand, hold their signature skewer in the other. It's a cooked-to-order, chili pepper-coated firecracker of char-grilled deliciousness at $1.50 a pop.
Somewhere along the way they developed other talents, such as applying their master-crafted kabob technique to chicken, cabbage, tofu, and quail eggs.
Considering such talent with a stick, maybe these guys ought to park closer to Fenway.
